Yes — creating an account and browsing events, the marketplace, and networking features is completely free. Ticket purchases and product orders are pay-as-you-go. Business Intelligence and custom solutions are offered on a separate quoted basis depending on scope.
One login connects everything. When you book an event on BidaXP, you're already connected to the attendees, the vendor marketplace for event merchandise, and the analytics your organisation needs — no switching apps, no duplicate accounts, no data silos. Everything you do on the platform compounds.
All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. BidaXP never stores your card details. We also support M-Pesa and mobile money options popular in Kenya and across the region, so you can pay the way you trust.
Absolutely. Any registered user can create an event, set ticket types and pricing, enable virtual streaming, manage sponsorships, and track revenue — all from the BidaEvents dashboard. Payouts are processed directly to your registered account after each event closes.
